 INTRODUCTION

In the final work of this subject I will talk about a company that was created by me. For
this I company a logo and the positions of people who work in my company. The company
that I chose is a beauty salon. Below I present my company.
Is a microenterprise that provides beauty salon services located in the Estrella Sadhala
avenue, Isabel Emilia square, in front of UTESA. My salon started 5 years ago with a
clientele that has climbed on large scales. Our commercial establishment offers its clients
skin treatments, intensive hair care, skin care and hygiene, among other services. All in
order to provide the healthy image of all its customers.
My business offers its services with a fully qualified staff

Perform massages or treatments in a professional and personalized way to our members

and guests ensure that all work areas are clean and accommodated according to
procedures. Teach clients to properly care for their skin. Answer the questions of the
clients with knowledge and in a professional manner. Suggest to the client other beneficial
treatments offered by the spa and recommend products to use at home. Inform the
manager of products needed in the spa
Profile:

 Answer the phone nicely

 Take control and make long distance calls.
 Take errands and transfer them to the interested party.
 Make calls from whoever requests it.
 Receive, register and channel, correspondence and / or packages that arrive at the
company via mail or courier.
 Receive, channel and send faxes that enter or leave this way.
 Integrate the client files, verifying that the documentation is complete and with all
the signatures that come.
 Take control for the timely payment and renewals of insurance policies, preparing
the relevant documentation.
 Carry out other related activities that the company considers necessary for the
development of the position.
 Take order of massage sessions with the respective name of the masseuse and the
client describing the treatment.

The make-up artist is a creative young woman who adapts to the needs of each person.
To be a make-up artist, you need:

As you would see when preparing the project to create the company, the process of
creating it is complex as it depends on several factors and not just having money and / or
facilities.
A company operating in an organized way, combines the technique and resources to
produce products or provide services in order to place them in the market to make a profit.
In conclusion, creating this final work helped me to know how complex it is to create a
company and also to know how important it is to be an entrepreneur and achieve proposed
goals
