Local 2 bargaining unit momibers exercised their rights under Section 7 ofthe Act; (c) imposed terms seeking unlimited managerial
Giscrtion over workforce numbers, ours and days of operations without a good-faith impasse in negotiations; and (4) since September
11,2018, flled and refused to provide relevant collective bargeining information requested by OPEIU Local 2.
