I. PUPILS DEVELOPMENT

1. Sixty (60) pupils received free Dengue Vaccine on April 6 and May 18, 2016.
2. Accepting enrolees for S.Y 2016- 2017.
3. Ten (10) pupils received ten sets of school supplies from Adopt-A-School Project for
Brigada Eskwela.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Submission of Personal Data Sheet.

2. Matungao Elementary School teachers prepared and submitted their RPMS.
3. Division K to 12 Training of Grade Five teachers was attended by Mrs. Leonila
DG. Macarasig, Mrs. Mary Gehrly C. Magtot and Mr. Ramon M. Magbanwa.
4. Final Testing and Sealing was conducted on May 3, 2016.
5. Preparation of classrooms for May 9 Election.
6. All teachers of Matungao Elmentary School served as BEI during May 9 Election.
7. Mr. Rene L. Cruz conducted a meeting with Matungao Elementary School faculty.
8. Mrs. Leonila DG. Macarasig served as over-all chairman in the District cascading
of K to 12 held at Gen. Gregorio del Pilar Elementary School.
9. Mrs. Mary Gehrly C. Magtoto served as discussant and demonstration teacher
during the Ditrict cascading of K to 12.
10. Mr. Ramon M. Magbanwa serve as discussant in MAPEH during the District
Cascading on K to 12.

meeting at Baliuag North District.
