please find here following VRV’s competitive proposal NO. AHG-052-12 with the following
design features & innovations unique to the VRV Eagle Tank.

BENEFITS OF THE EAGLE CRYOGENIC TANK

High Quality High grade stainless steel Herose or Fema valves, Wika level gauge and
Components components selected for their reliability.
100% Seamless pipe VRV only uses seamless stainless steel 304 for all piping in the vacuum interspace
to ensure a long, leak and maintenance free lift.
Superior Paint Quality VRV’s exclusive 3-coat, paint process guarantees exceptional long-term
resistance to chipping, corrosion, and oxidation. Total thickness is nearly 2 x
other manufacturers.
Vacuum Quality Use of innovative vacuum and insulation process guarantees an extremely long
Guarantee life with superior holding times backed up by VRV’s exclusive 3-year warrantee.
Ultra Clean Inner vessel, piping and valves cleaned using passivation, hydraulically tested
with deionised water, certified degreased for oxygen service.
Exceptional Flexibility All Eagle tanks with MAWP23 can be used in CO2, N20 and LIN, LOX, LAR with
stainless inner vessels and are designed to PrEN13458 to the European directive
PED 97/23.

• Design code EN13458-2 (Annex C pressure strengthening)

• Fluid liquid nitrogen, oxygen or argon
