Dear xxxxxx,

I have been dealing with Mrs xxxx over the bullying of my daughter xxxx by xxx
xxxx. However despite discussions the bullying is still going on. Can you please let
me know what strategies you can introduce to resolve this problem and how it will be
monitored using your Anti Bullying Policy? Ideally I would like to see the following
implemented –
• Physical bullying to stop immediately
• Ensuring there are consequences for bullying behaviour so it is clear that bullying
will not be tolerated at school
• A file to be kept of all instances of bullying of xxx and the action taken
• Myself and xxxx’s parent to be informed immediately of any incidence and actions
taken to deal with them
• Increase supervision at the time most of the bullying happens eg playtime
• A ‘buddy system’ be used to help support xxx and xxxxx
• Regular supportive meetings with xxxxx and xxxx with yourself or an allocated
member of staff, to discuss these issues or areas of concern
• xxxx be helped to improve her confidence and ability to deal with xxxxx and the
school to work with us as a family to help support her
• Bullying to be discussed in circle time or with role play to help all the children
understand why it is not acceptable behaviour and the affects it has on others
• Support for xxxx and her family to help work through these issue as well as support
for us

I hope that by working together we can finally resolve this matter. However if after
one month the situation has not improved I will be contacting the Governors, the
Local Education Authority and Ofsted requesting they look into this matter

I would be grateful if you could put a copy of this letter onto xxxxx file together with a
written response from yourself including a summary of our discussions today and
plans to deal with this matter.

Yours sincerely
