Dear Attorney Naveh:
As part of your response on the FOIA request, referenced above, you sent me on 
March 10, 2019, an email message (figure above), which says, pertaining to the 
November 01, 2015 Presidency meeting under Justice Esther Hayut (today Presiding 
Justice of the Supreme Court): “the Committee has no signed protocol”. 
In response, we requested that you sent this critical part of your FOIA response in a 
signed letter, like the rest of your response on the FOIA request, referenced above.
To this date, we have not received your response in this important matter.
We herein repeat our request for your complete response on FOIA request (01­2019) 
in a formal, duly made, signed letter – certifying that “the Committee has no signed 
protocol” of the November 01, 2015 Presidency meeting.
