Scholarship (C) - M,M The company can potentially provide scholarships or traineeships to
Uzbeks, which may lead to more skilled workers in the future. This would also benefit the local population by
increasing the level of educated workers.
Tax pay (C) - L,M The company cannot control the amount of tax it pays (however the company will be
exempt from tax for the first five years), but the amount of tax paid is important to the country as it provides public
funding.
Talent retention (C) -M,M Motivate a younger generation to work hard and make a productive community.
It will reduce unemployment and the crime rate.
Air pollution (C) - H,H Air emissions coming from flare will pollute and increase the greenhouse
effect. This will affect the resident’s clean air.

perform safe and secure process in the plant.

the government of Uzbekistan, Navo. The compliance of external stakeholders to not have a high impact
on the local community.
