Evidence: The time is now

This evidence is divided into two parts: A composition and an audio file. Read the
instructions below and make sure you complete both tasks.

1. Why didn’t you study English before? (List at least 5 reasons in a

composition.

1. One of the reasons I didn’t study English before is because in Valencia, i never
saw myself leave the city for another destiny. My life was different from the
seventeen years, i think it’s correct to say that i was a lazy young guy

2. One of the reasons I didn’t study English before is because I did not have the
necessary motivation to exceed my own limiters.

3. One of the reasons I didn’t study English before is because it was difficult for
me to learn grammar with my accent. Maybe for this, i also give up on the
idea of learn French after.

4. One of the reasons why I didn’t study English before is because where I lived,
there were no institutes where the teaching of foreign languages was
appropriate.

5. One of the reasons I didn’t study English before is because I had no interest
on other topics unrelated to engineering. Which I did not see necessary after
all
 2. How different would things be if you had learned English before? (Name and
explain at least 5 things.)

1. If i had learned english some years ago, i would have traveled to Miami and
finally met face to face with my big sister Jessica.

2. If I had learned English a few years ago, I would have married with the
Australian girl who i crossed by accident and became olny a friend of her in
Peru last year.

3. If I had learned English a few years ago, I wouldn’t have got into trouble with
my former neighbor from Toronto of my building in Valencia eight years ago.

4. If I had learned English a few years ago, I would have joined an international
Call center and University in Costa Rica three years ago.

5. If I had learned English a few years ago, I would have seen the best English
language films, understanding them without the need to read the subtitles.

B. Record an audio file of yourself answering the following questions. Use the
examples as models of the grammar and vocabulary you have to use.

2. In what ways are you going to benefit from this learning?
