JP: Salubungin din po natin ng masigabong palakpakan ang pinuno ng local na
Pamahalaan na nagtataguoyd ng kapakanan at kaunlaran ng ating minamahal na
paaralan.
Narito ang ating Barangay Captain, Hon. Hector P. Ilagan, ang ating napakasipag
na Vice Mayor, Hon. Edilberto G. Ponggos, bigyang pugay din natin Ang Ama ng
Bayan ng Alitagtag, Hon. Anthony Francis G. Andal.

CHIARRA: Mrs. Sonia L. Dimayuga our Assistant Principal II together with our Keynote
Speaker, and our Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Andrea M. Hernandez with
our School’s Division Superintendent, Dr. Manuela S. Tolentino.

PROGRAM PROPER

JP: A magnificent and blissful morning to everyone! Aristotle once said, “The roots of
education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.” Today is the celebration of the fruits of
success that are nurtured, groomed and given all possible opportunities to grow
and bloom.

CHIARRA: Ito na marahil ang pinaka-aasam-asam na araw ng lahat na mag-aaral. Ang araw
na nagtatakda ng pamumuti ng napakatamis na bunga ng mayabong na puno ng
karunungan. Ang araw ng pagtatamasa sa ipinamalas na kagitingan at sa
pagtataguyod sa mga itinakda ng paaralan upang linangin ang landas tungo sa
tagumpay.

JP: We are welcoming you all to the second Commencement Exercises of Alitagtag
Senior High School.

CHIARRA: “This year’s graduation theme is: “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All”

JP: This day marks the culmination of a period of courage, commitment, and
accomplishment. It gives a sense of achievement and a sense of responsibility
towards fulfilling further commitments.

To start our program, Ladies and gentlemen, behold the Entrance of Colors.

CHIARRA: May I request everyone to rise for the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted
by Ruzzel Kim E. Panaligan, With Honors of Science Technology Engineering and
Mathematics.

JP: Manatiling pong nakatayo ang lahat para sa Panunumpa sa Watawat na

pangungunahan ni Jennycel Gonzales, with Honors ng Humanities and Social
Sciences.

CHIARRA: God Almighty, we offer you this momentous occasion. Truly, we rejoice because
you have made this event possible through your GRACE, COMPASSION and
LOVE.

JP: I am requesting everyone to feel the presence of our Lord Almighty as Jiezel Elen
D. Agabin With Honors of Humanities and Social Sciences lead the invocation.

CHIARRA: Please remain standing for the singing of Calabarzon March, Himno ng Batangan,
and Alitagtag Hymn.

JP: You may now take your seat. We believe that the secret behind this significant
event are the students, teachers and the administrator who have rendered
invaluable service and shared their ideas and wisdom to us.

CHIARRA: To give us her opening remarks, may I call on to Shara H. Laya, With Honors of
Accountancy, Business and Management, please give her around of applause.

JP: Thank you very much Shara for that heartfelt message.

Music is the expression of the soul. It moves emotions and feels with the movement
of time. Through a song emphasizes that our dreams will always keeping us awake.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us hear our senior high school students as they sing “A
Million Dreams.”

CHIARRA: You may now take your seat. No one, indeed, can ever take their place in this world.

In every graduation, we are eager to listen to his wisdom, struggles, sacrifices, and
success. The lessons he will impart and his attitude in life will impel us to reach
our cherished dreams and grandest goals in life.

JP: We are indeed very blessed to have invited today an outstanding citizen of this
town who belongs to the circle of excellent students during his days.

CHIARRA: Ladies and gentlemen to introduce to us our Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker
on today’s affair, may we call on our fellow faculty in this institution, Mrs. Marites
H. Lalogo STEM Yakal Adviser.

CHIARRA: Para saan nga aba ang diplomang hawak ninyo? Ito ay simbolo ng mahalagang
bahaging gagampanan ng bawat isa, tungo sa sama-samang pagtatamo ng
matatag, maginhawa at payapang buhay ng Pa`milyang Pilipino. Atin pong
tunghayan ang info video na pinamagatang Ambisyon Natin 2040.

JP: At this moment, let us listen to the messages of the Department of Education
Secretary, Sec. Leonor M. Briones, DepEd Region IV-A Assistant Regional Director
Dr. Carlito D. Rocafort, and DepEd Batangas Division Schools’ Division
Superintendent Dr. Manuela S. Tolentino respectively to be represented by our
Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Andrea M. Hernandez.

CHIARRA: Ang pagiging pinakamahusay at pinakamagaling ay hindi isa lamang karangalan

subalit isang katangian na pinanday ng panahon sa pagtuklas ng karunugan. Ating
bigyang pugay ang mga mag-aaaral na magkakamit ng karangalan sa araw na ito
ng kanilang pagtatapos. Muli po nating tinatawagan ang ating Panauhing
Pandangal Atty. Cadano, Pampurok na tagamasid Dr. Andrea M. Hernandez, at ang
Pangalawang Punong Guro ng ating paaralan, Gng. Sonia L. Dimayuga upang
isagawa ang paggawad ng mga natatanging mag-aaral sa taong panuruan 2018-
2019.

JP: Aside from recognizing students who manifested excellent performance in both
academic and co-curricular activities, our institution also gives special awards to
deserving students who demonstrated splendid and noteworthy performance in
other aspects of learning.

CHIARRA: May I call on the advisers, to announce the honors and special awards. May we
also request the parents to accompany their son or daughter in receiving the
award.

CHIARRA: Congratulations awardees. Good job! May you serve as an inspiration for Grade 11
who will be graduating next year.

JP: In every endeavor, there are always victors and underdogs but it doesn’t mean that
if you lost it, you are already defeated. As attested by one of my favorite quotes,
“Losing is not always a defeat and winning is not always a victory. Today, not
everybody made it to the top, but those who did are the ones called the “the cream
of the crop.” I am certain that you are all eager to listen to the Word of Thanks of
the top achiever. Let’s put our hands together to Cathlyn A. Abion with High Honors
of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to deliver her message.

CHIARRA: Thank you very much Cathlyn, that was truly inspiring. Hence, we are therefore
expressing our heartfelt felicitations to our brilliant Alisenios. Bravo! Let us give
them a round of applause! Right now, I am calling on Lealyne S. Delgado with
honors, Information Communication Technology student to lead the Pledge of
Loyalty.

JP: Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities await our graduates that will further
test their courage as improving individuals. As they continue with their journey,
may they look back to this stage in their life with fondness and pride. Ladies and
gentlemen, let us hear the graduates as they sing “Ang Huling Sayaw”

CHIARRA: Please take your seat. The seeds of kindness ASHS planted today will one day
bloom in the hearts of all that it has touched. Never ever get tired of doing good
deeds for others for we never know how much we become a blessing in their lives.
This has been one of philosophies of Mrs. Dimayuga imparted to us as his fellow
and colleague in this institution, to become a blessing to each and every one of
us. As we are getting closer to the finality of this culmination, let us pay attention
to the closing remarks of our ASHS Assistant Principal II, Mrs. Sonia L. Dimayuga.

JP: Thank you very much Ma’am Sonia for that message befitting this affair.

CHIARRA: As we wind-up this 2nd Commencement Exercises, Alitagtag Senior high School

JP: Announcement for the School Year 2019 - 2020

Acceptance of Enrollees for incoming Grade 11 – is on going

CHIARRA: Brigada Eskwela is scheduled on May 20 to 25. ASHS encourage its stakeholders
to support this summer school activity that prepares the physical structure of all
public schools in this locality. Cash and good donations are welcome as well as
free labor to ensure that repairs and improvement of school facilities are in place
for the coming school year 2019-2020.

JP: We may not be worth the recognition in human eyes but remember, God will always
be our great audience in everything, He knows best and He is more than giving a
certificate, a medal, or a shake hand. It is His grace and His blessings when he sees
us at work.

CHIARRA: Congratulations to all of you! On this blissful moment, embrace it with joy and
contentment. Cheer up and get ready to take your bold step for the next chapter of
your educational journey.
