When we talk about Motivation of Employees in an

productivity. And the leader should not only lead the
group but also a leader should help and support other
employees to grow by motivating them by using the
factors such as :

these are the main factors which motivates the

employees to work effectievely and they work more
on thier Personal growth,Recognition,Responsibility.

CONCLUSION:

Motivation is one of the main aspect that a leader

should possess in the growth of an individual
employee interest towards work, and when it comes to
the productivity of an employee,Motivation plays a
key role in improving the productivity of the
individual employee.

when the Employees are motivated and given with

the proper benefits for the work that they carry out in
an organisation they even think of giving more than
100% productivity towards the growth of the
organization.

Henceforth it can be concluded that their can be no

growth in an organisation when a leader doesn't
motivate the employees or when they are made to
work without giving proper benefits.
