1. Enclosed is Regional Memorandum No. 103 s. 2017 entitled "Conduct of the 2017 First
Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill" dated March 27, 2017 for the information
and guidance of all concerned.
2. All public elementary and secondary schools are directed to conduct the said activity
and submit required reports using the attached forms not later than April 4,2017.

3. Wide dissemination on the contents and compliance of this Memorandum are

1. Please find attached Memorandum No. 41, s. 201 7 fro6 the National Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Council regarding the /first Quarter Nationwide
Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on March 31, 2017, &:00 PM in all schools and
offices nationwide. ,

2. Schools. Learning Centers and Division offices are required tb participate seriously in this

3. The following forms shall be accomplished by schools and division offices:

a. Earthquake Drill Evaluation Form


b. School Earthquake Drill Accomplishment Report I
c. Division Consolidated Accomplishment Report
