Q1. A communication barrier is anything that prevents a person from receiving and
understanding messages. In a virtual setting, a physical barrier occurs due to technological
error during communication, noise or the inability of the speaker to carefully enunciate
words. Keeping this in view, write a dialogue between a sales representative of a furniture
company and a customer about the shipment of furniture items. The dialogue should
highlight the distortion of the message caused by technical glitches during a Skype call.

Q2. A non-verbal part of communication is not encoded in words and is less conscious than
the verbal communication. It tends to reveal the sender’s feelings and preferences more
spontaneously and honestly than the verbal part. Below is an image, and you are required
to analyze the gestures, facial expressions and body language of the subjects and write a
