I am submitting my resume regarding the Preschool Clerk position for the Queen Creek
Unified School District. I learned of this position through my research to find a job that
would help me gain further experience working with children. Not only will this position
give me the opportunity to practice the knowledge I have in childhood development, but it
will also teach me skills valuable for my future career as a teacher.

As a junior at Arizona State University, I am pursuing a degree in Elementary Education due

to my love of working with children. With extensive experience caring for children of my
own and babysitting for children from infancy through age 12. I am confident that I can
provide excellent child care at your organization. From changing diapers to preparing
meals and helping with homework, I have proven myself to be enthusiastic and supportive
in every aspect of caring for children. Furthermore, I have experience volunteering for
different events at my child’s school while being an active member of the PTSO-for which I
am happy to supply references.

Along with my experience and education, I possess CPR and AED certification and a deep
understanding of first aid techniques gained through training to be a Nursing Assistant.
These attributes complemented by my outgoing communicative nature are sure to make
me an asset to your team and make a positive impression on parents and caregivers.
