Bandura grew up in Canada in a very cold place

Bandura grew up in Canada in a very cold weather where it almost always seemed like winter.
People usually have to wear warming clothes like sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves and jackets.
He was an incredible and very studious boy. In high school he had to work in a camp in
Yukon.Bandura is currently a doctor of clinical psychology but he does not wear a jacket or
uniform. In the photograph, he is wearing a simple shirt, a dark coat and his classic glasses that
characterize him.

He has to teach psychology classes at Stanford University in 1953 and where he can continue
his research.

As a child Albert was the smallest and thinnest of his class. During his youth he played sports to
exercise his muscles. Albert practiced aerobic exercises and also yoga. He always brought a
bottle of water and used an exercise machine, weights and mat.

Yoga is not an incomplete or inactive exercise. This exercise works the buttocks, the knees, the
ankles and almost all the joints of the body.

We should also do exercises to improve our health like Bandura.
