Environmental Monitoring
Purpose: To study changes in the current environment of the project site and to identify and monitor the impacts of human
and natural evolutions with a scientific basis while to maintain the lowest level of influence factors.

o Need Independent state environmental monitoring agency
o Improving the coordination of laws and regulations \the form of denying one another\
o The standard of control for each branch must be clear
o To have electronic record system for long term impacts
o To create opportunities to carry joint monitoring program for business entities who carries
similar activities in one region. Establish a common database.
Government organization and authorities control is good enough, but it is necessary to activate
the partnerships. Thus, it is possible to evaluate the implemented work in real time and exchange
information on the site.
