According to Ronald Reagan:

“The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the
greatest things. He is one that gets the people to do the greatest
things”. Describe an instance where you had to be a leader in
your community. What did you learn about yourself, your
leadership style and your capacity to create change?
I think the people from all parts of the world need to change their ways of thinking
and star to change the way to see the world, because many people need about us
and we must believe about them, so the people can change to do greatest things
for other, thinking in the future generations, we are not alone, I believe we can
work together believing in our greatest actions that will be a great guide for others.
I started to believe about me, I know I can create change in others and that makes
me feel I can be a leader filled of motivation for motivate to others. Understanding
others, being kind and filled of great values is the key to make the world a better
place, believing we have encourage to change our community, schools, friends,
families but the most important changing by ourselves.

Since I study Education in Foreign Languages I have learned that this career helps
me to be a greatest person where I give the best about me for others in my
community. I consider I have been a student filled of leadership because I have
done good actions for my community and my university. I teach the English and
French languages for adults and adolescents where I help them to integrate the
American culture in plays and theatres, but I also love my students know they can
do what they can love to do, exchanging ideas and experiences in the acquisition
of the English as a foreign language. I provide all my knowledge and abilities in
advising including the educational orientation because I like to know my students
and advise them that the greatest actions they do are very important for them and
a lot of people around them love their actions.

I work in a high school as a foreign languages teacher near my community, and I

learn everyday about my actions I do in the classroom, and I have learned that my
students have an enormous potential to be greatest students expressing their
ideas; for that reason I created a way in which I could get the students integrate
their parents in a lot of English presentations, they felt very happy and proud
because they were sharing special moments together and learning the English
language. I learned about myself that I can be a great guide for my students and
the people around me, Where talking with my students, having wonderful moments
and understand them is a way to improve and be a better person.
Discuss with students how they can empower themselves through the language,
remind them that they all have the power to use language and great activities to
make a positive difference.

I have a great leadership style because I as a teacher, I advise to my students to

do the things they love to do and the things that are important for others. For this
reason many professors tell me they love what I can do for others, but the most
important who I am. This is my capacity to create change, changing the lives of the
students, having faith in the people we can change and make it possible.
