1. Main ideas work environment:

HRM is a company committed to both its work and its work environment, one of the reasons that
favorably affects sales is that human resources management has an important task for Marketing
Technologists for good working conditions.

HRM works on the good relationship between employees and employers which means that employers
need to promote a healthy work environment, paying attention to the stress caused by work and the
underlying causes of mental disorders in the workplace and addressing these causes. HRM also works to
promote individual development such as: admission, planning, compensation, training, maintenance and
monitoring of human resources, as this keeps employees motivated to contribute to the significant
increase in the quality of the services of a good work environment.

The company demonstrates this with a very clear graphic and makes reference to the good functioning of
it, the training and motivation is its strength for HRM to be a solid company.

4. In our company TOS-TOS BUM in relation to HRM we think that a healthy, safe and respectful
work environment is vital for the success of our company, its judgments are correct because it
allows colleagues to see and help each other and that is positive for our company, the work is
connected with job security and with good opportunities to learn and progress. In TOS-TOS
BUM, the selection of personnel is also necessary for the company.
