Final Year Research:

Title: Integrating GIS system and 3D modeling for park information system in Putrajaya.

Description: This research is contains four objectives which are: to study the user
requirements of staff on the existing and proposed system, to design and implement GIS
application in database management of parks in Putrajaya, to develop 3D modelling of parks
in Putrajaya (GeoGarden) and system testing, and to develop new application that suitable
with GIS transformation which are QR-Code, ArcGIS Online and story map. This research is
supported by Department of Landscape and Park, Perbadanan Putrajaya, Putrajaya. The
entire research was carried out mostly by using Esri product which is ArcMap 10.1 and
ArcScene 10.1 to create database of parks in Putrajaya beside Visual Basic 6.0 to create a
system to managed data for Putrajaya parks like tree inventory. Next, the potential of
Geographic Information System (GIS) is one of the systematic and popular systems to
manage data and common application that widely used now.

Code Studio Software.
