Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and are
dependent on availability at the time of booking

2. The Rental Application form must be completed and signed a minimum of

72 hours in advance of the event. Some exceptions may apply

a) Standard operating hours are from 9:00AM - 9:00PM daily (Closed on

Mondays).

You may select a five (5) hour time slot within these operating hours. Upon
confirmation of a booking, renters will be able to check in anytime within
those designated booked time slots.

b) Extended hours can be arranged during and after our standard operating
hours, however this will be subject to a surcharge of RM100 per hour

Furthermore, advance approval is required from management prior to date

of the event, it is the renters responsibility to outline this in the rental
application form

3. In order to confirm a booking, applicants will have to sign off on the rental
application form and pay the respective rate(s); including a security deposit
(refundable) as follows:

- Flat Rate Rental: RM1200

- Security Deposit: RM490 (Refundable)
- Extended hours (Optional): RM100 per hour

4. In the event of a cancellation of a booking, a minimum of forty-eight (48)

hours notice is necessary or a refund will not be possible, and the rental fee

5. The Renter is responsible for any and all damage to the facilities and/or
contents and fixtures. All damage must be reported to our on site staff
immediately.

6. Food can be either personally arranged by the renter OR requested for

Semenyih Lake Country Club to arrange (subject to approval from the
management team). Any requirements for additional entertainment will have to
be personally arranged by the renter 

a) Food and Entertainment costs is not inclusive of the rental fees and will be an
additional expense - these costs will be borne by the Renter

b) We do not sell Alcoholic Beverages at the clubhouse. However, these are

permitted on the condition that advance notice is given prior to booking.

Additionally, this will need to be personally arranged by the renter at their own
expense. The management team has the right to request for a valid
Identification Card for proof of age 

7. The Renter shall confine all activities, equipment and promotional materials
to within the rented space

a) Renters will be entitled to use the facilities at Semenyih Lake Country Club.
Facilities include Gym, Futsal Courts, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Gazebos,
Playground and Cafeteria.

b) Other facilities include a Karaoke Room and Pool & Foosball Tables which
will be charged a fee upon utilization (Please inquire about our rates)

8. The Renter and guests must leave the premises upon expiration of the
booked time slot. Failure to do so may result in additional fees for which the
Renter will be responsible

9. It is understood that Semenyih Land Capital Sdn Bhd is in no way

responsible for any personal injuries, property damages, lost or stolen items or
other liabilities that may be incurred during use of the facility. Renter and their
guests agree to release indemnity and hold Semenyih Land Capital Sdn Bhd
harmless of any such damages
