abovementioned products, to which payment was intended for;

2. I undertake to cooperatively wait until such time the products are available, complete and
prepared to be released to myself;

3. I agree to observe and obey all rules and regulations, and further agree to follow instructions
or directions given by Maximus Legacy Inc., it’s representatives, and employees relative to
the actual release of the products;

4. I release, remise and forever discharge Maximus Legacy Inc., its owners, directors, officers or
employees from any action, sum of money or other obligations relative to this transaction;

5. I acknowledge that I have no cause of action whatsoever, criminal, civil or otherwise against
Maximus Legacy Inc., it’s officers or any employees in respect of any matter incident to or
arising out of the delay in the release of the products;

I finally declare that I have fully read this Waiver and Quitclaim, and is made and signed willingly and
voluntarily and with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
