Greetings!

The Campus Student Council (CSC), together with the confederations of all departments, will be
holding its annual Brigada Eskwela that will be held on August 1 – 3, 2018, Wednesday to Friday
from 9 o’clock in the morning to 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

This activity aims to engage the students to help beautify our campus and make it ready for the
opening of School Year in August. Among the activities during the program include: cleaning of
the school grounds; cleaning of classrooms and office; trimming of plants around the campus;
watering of plants; fixing garbage proposal; repairing broken facilities; etc.

It is also humbly proposed that we are knocking at your kind heart to send us help through sending
us monetary or kind donations which will be used to provide cleaning materials. In line with this,
we would also like to inform you that we will be having a voluntary contribution for the faculty
teachers of our campus.

We hope that you take this opportunity to support this program. This will surely benefit not just
our campus and our students but also the community that our campus envisions to shape. Your
help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
