Sub: Request letter to sanction the proposal for “BODHI” 5 days training camp for
Adolescents in Chittur and Alathur Thaluks, Palakkad

Respected Sir,

Aashrayam is non profit and self motivated voluntary organization based in

Kollengode, Palakkad district, Kerala. With vision; “To build a self sustained, self reliant
and self motivated society”. Since, its inception in 2006. Aashrayam also running a
College named Aashrayam College of arts and science for fulfilling the educational
dreams of all students. We are regularly organizing Five day Life Skill Training
Programmer for adolescents by the qualified faculties in our state. We also plan to
provide various class and sessions to adolescents specifically to the higher secondary
students, Subjects we mainly deal to our target are behavioral problems of the children,
Child abuse prevention, sex education, legal assistance to child related issues, women
empowerment, importance of education and practicing the educational benefits in real
life, yoga & meditation, Life-skill training, and career guidance.

So in the context of contemporary issues against children and adolescents

Aashrayam Rural development society is planning to organize 3 programs in Chittur and
Alathur Thaluks. It is tentatively planned in the months of April and May 2017. We are
expecting around 150 participants for each camp. The Five day camp will have minimum
2 activity oriented sessions each day from morning 10 AM to evening 4 PM. All
materials, faculties, and refreshments will be provided by Aashrayam rural Development
Society.

To implement the programs, we are requesting your support and guidance The
proposal with estimated budget for each program is attached. We expect your help and
support for creating a better society with well educated Adolescent youths who grow in
the right direction for creating a better future of our world.
