Matthew 25:14-15

14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a] and entrusted to them his
property.

15 To one he gave five talents, [b] to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then
he went away.

I recently join new company, I’m working there as a Sales Coordinator.

And part my job is to provide Daily Administrative support to our Sales Team.

But after one week of staying with the company. The Country Manager included to be part of the
Management Meeting. I was there to get the minutes of the meeting. It was challenging for me, I dont
know how to do it. So researched how to take minutes. Praise God for showing an effective way, every
meeting i have my recorder with me. So, I recorder everything. then Listen it as often i needed, so
cinicifra ko yung minutes.=)

Also one day his laptop crashed, since he knows that I have IT background he called me. And praise God
I was able to fix it.

Then Our Systems Manager from Lebanon informed my Boss that we have storage issue sa Server
namin. My boss replied to her, i was CC sa email, informing her that we will work on it and I'm going to
be the IT focal from that day going forward.

So nastress ako, i dont know want to do. So I researched, I called Bro EJ, so Praise God that issues has
been handled.

Then recently, Naging Procurement na din ako. Any purchase request na nareceived ng boos ko.
ipapacheck nya muna sa akin.

So. Why am I saying this? of course it’s not to boast. But to give all the glory to GOD.
It’s an honor that my boss is entrusted me those tasks, He knows that I can do the job.

Same thing in Verse;

14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a] and entrusted to them his
property.

We should be thankful, it’s a privilege that God entrusted us with gifts/Talent. He knows that we can do
the Job. That’s why he chose us, not all were called.

Since it’s a privilege we should be grateful, and in return we should do what He expects us to do.
But don’t do what we expect will happen.

18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money.
