ROLE
Develops, implements and instructs all aspects of RasGas?s Corporate SHE Trainin
g Programs, including but not limited to; delivery of core (mandatory) training
programs, performs assessment of effectiveness of all training programs, both in
ternally and externally, provides strategic advice and support to the Head of SH
E Training, and the Corporate Safety Manager. Ensures effective implementation o
f safety training consistent with established Corporate SHE strategy, goals and
objectives. To this end, this position is responsible for: Providing Corporate S
HE Training programs that are consistent with the Company?s Integrity Management
System (RasGas Elements of Excellence, or RGEE) ?Assists the Head of SHE Traini
ng with Development, implementation and stewardship of a comprehensive & integra
ted corporate Safety Training Programs to support RasGas?s RGEE Management Syste
ms 5-2, 5-4, 6-4 and 9-1 at RasGas?s Onshore & Offshore facilities. ?Corporate S
tewardship, implementation and sustainability of all Corporate SHE Training Prog
rams for all RasGas ?Provides comprehensive and specialized Corporate SHE Traini
ng with embedded other SHE departments in Subsurface/Drilling and Onshore/offsho
re construction. ?Provides assistance to the Head of SHE Training in the steward
ship over SHE Training for over 2500 employees and 20,000+ contractors in multip
le site locations.
REQUIREMENTS
?Minimum of 5 years Health & Safety training experience, ideally in a multi-site
service focused environment. ?Be multi-task orientated. ?Effective communicator
in presentation and communication skills (verbal and written). ?Have a high lev
el of personal credibility, and a clear vision of the value that innovative trai
ning and development strategies can add to a growing business is essential. ?Rec
ognised Training certification (D units or A1, V1 desirable). ?Computer literate
with a good knowledge of business software applications. ?Excellent knowledge o
f use of safety equipment and extensive experience in implementing safe work pra
ctices. ?Good written and oral communication skills in English. ?Good leadership
and interpersonal skills and ability to work as team member. ?Good adaptability
to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and custom
s.
