On or about May 31, 2018, in the District of Oregon, defendant ANTONIO OSWALDO

BURGOS directly and indirectly, corruptly offered and promised a thing of value, that is,

approximately $3,000, to a public official, namely, a U.S. hnmigration and Customs

Enforcement Deportation Officer, with intent to influence an official act, namely, to have the

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deportation Officer remove or cause the removal of

an adult person from the United States.

In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 20l(b)(I)(A).

On or about June 5, 2018, in the District of Oregon, defendant ANTONIO OSWALDO

BURGOS directly and indirectly, corruptly offered and promised a thing of value, that is,

approximately $3,000, to a public official, namely, a U.S. Immigration and Customs

Enforcement Deportation Officer, with intent to influence an official act, namely, to have the

an adult person from the United States.

public official, namely, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deportation Officer, with

intent to influence an official act, namely, to have the U.S. Immigration and Customs
