REPORT X-RAY PELVIS (AP VIEW)

 Multi fragmentary fracture of right acetabular cavity is seen with

fragments projecting in pelvic cavity. Head of femur is displaced
upwards & medially with obliteration of joint cavity.
 Degenerative changes are seen involving lumbar vertebrae.
 Soft tissue shadow is unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
