NIGER DELTA YOUTHS ON CONSTRUCTION AND FABRICATION IN BAYELSA
STATE UNDER THE PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAMME

We wish to write on the above subject matter.

Our company is an indigenous firm registered under the Corporate Affairs


Commission Abuja, to carry out Construction, Fabrication and Training services in
the Oil and Gas sector.
Our interest in the training and capacity building of Niger Delta youths is borne
out of the fact that the Niger Delta is strategic to the progress of Nigeria, and to
train youths of the region is to create a peaceful Niger Delta for all.

We intend to complete this training in about Six (6) months period for each
person. Our resource persons are experts in the field of pipe welding, structural
welding & fabrication, Electrical Installation, Safety and would provide a
comprehensible tutoring to trainees in order for them to be adequately equipped
with the basic knowledge and skills in Oil and Gas industry.

We have successfully carried out similar exercises and several construction


services in the Oil and Gas sector in the Niger Delta region, bringing about self-
employment among youth in the region.

It is imperative to note that the training and capacity building of Niger Delta
youths will reduce the rate of unemployment and restlessness in the region.

We look forward to working with your office for a peaceful and prosperous Niger
Delta.
