Declaration and Undertaking by the Applicant

1. Intend to go to ________________________only for the study purpose.

2. I understand I am responsible of paying tuition fee to my university and that all fees once paid by me are non-refundable
in case visa is granted. I can ask university for the refund of my paid tuition fee ONLY if I fail to get a student visa for
Sweden and in that case the fee re-fund policy of this institution will apply.
3. University registration Fee SEK 900 is non-refundable in any case, this will be paid by student and it is not included in
consultancy fee.
4. Applicant visa fee SEK 1000 (Per Person) is non-refundable in any case, this will be paid by student and it is not included
in consultancy fee.
5. Any fee paid to KBM Consultants for its services are non-refundable. KBM Admin Fee is only refundable if I do not meet
the entry requirements (Excluding Fake Documents) and fail to get admission in Sweden. In all other cases, even if I
change my mind not to process my case; the consultancy fee will be non-refundable.
6. I take full responsibility of depositing my tuition fee in the above referred institution and all matter concerning to it
thereafter.
7. I will abide by all laws of the country where I am going to study and the rules and regulations of the institution where I
am going to study.
8. I take full responsibility of the validity of all the documents and the information provided by me for the admission the
visa purpose and otherwise and I also confirm that they are genuine and no fake document or information has been
included in these documents. I further confirm that KBM Consultants or any of its staff/owner or associates has not
helped me and will not help in any preparing documentation regarding my admission or visa purpose.
9. I understand that KBM Consultants is not responsible for anything regarding my admission processing, fees and all
matters concerning it in case the institute where I am going to study is unable to continue its normal functions or under
unusual circumstances like changes in government policies, war, natural, disasters etc.
10. I understand that after getting visa under no circumstances my tuition fee will be refunded.
11. If I am refused an entry to Sweden due to any reason, university will not refund the fee.
12. If the VISA is refused upon general grounds, then tuition fee will be refunded. SEK 2000 to 5000 will be deducted as
university admin fee. Refund of tuition fee may take 2-3 months according to the university refund policy.
13. For refunding fee from University the same account detail will be use, which use for paying fee to university.
14. If student wishes to re-apply after withdrawing of the case. He will have to bear Visa fee himself.
15. All registration for and Consultancy fee will be non-refundable regardless the outcome of visa application.
16. I know that no claim has been made by KBM Consultants regarding anything about the country & the institution where
I am going to study and they have provided me with no document other the college/university application form and its
brochure.
17. In Case student fail to pass SKYPE interview conducted by university initial registration and consultancy fee will be
nonrefundable
18. KBM will not be responsible for accommodation services.
19. A) If I apply as an individual ___________ PKR will be charged. Initially _______ PKR and ________PKR paid by the
student once the admission letter is issued. If student didn’t get visa then all consultancy fee will be nonrefundable.
B) If I apply with my family ___________ PKR will be charged. Initially _______ PKR, and ________PKR will be paid by
the student once the admission letter is issued. If student didn’t get visa then __________PKR from second consultancy
fee will be refundable.
20. I fully agree to the terms & conditions mentioned above.
