Rounds : Maximum 7 rounds of game will be Played.
System of Play : FIDE SWISS SYSTEM
Time Control : 90 Minutes + 30 Seconds increment from 1st
move.
Prohibition : Mobile Phones, Wrist watch or any other
electronic device is not allowed inside the
tournament hall during the game.
Tie – Break : Latest Tie Break Rule will be applied.
Protest : Protest, if any, shall be made in writing with a
protest fee of Rs. 500/- within 15 mins. of the
occurrence of the incident. The protest fee will be
refunded, if the appeal is upheld.
Registration : AICF & BCA registration for 2019-2020 is
compulsory for all the players before round no 1.
All new and renewal of AICF registration will be
accepted only ONLINE.

 Eligibility
Players born on or after 01/01/2002 and residents of West Bengal
only treated as eligible for this tournament.

ENTRY
Entry fee : Rs. 900/-
Entries could be taken in addresses given below. No entries will be
accepted over phone. The last date of registration is _____ May,
2019. One official entry from each district will get 50% discount.
