1. Scope of supply
‘The scope of supply is the goods and equipment described in Section 8 of this document.
EV Line for 9.000 / 12.000 B/H
The actual line speed of the plant is 6.800 birds per hour. Upon the supply of this EV line the
Slaughterhouse will increase line speed to 9000 birds per hour. The line speed limiter is the gizzard
machine AGP382 which has a max capacity of 9000 gizzards per hour. In the supply there is also a
foot skinning system prepared for 9000 bird per hour capacity.
Vent Cutter, Vertical Opener, Eviscerador 218, Cropper, Neck Breaker, Final Inspection, In/Out
Washer, Unloader, Shackle Cleaner are all Equipment prepared to be able to run with a max capacity
of 12.000 birds per hour which is feasible in the future when moving the line to another location and
adding a second gizzard machine and a second foot processing system.
Bird Types: Broilers, Cobb and Ross
Bird sizes: Min, weight: 1,6 kg Max. Weight: 3,2kg Avr. Weight: 2,2 Kg
Operating Range without ajustment: +/- 0,250 Ka
The actual 2 Evisceration machines (cropper and inside/outside washer from LINCO will be reused in
the upgrade project as they have the required capacity of 12.000 birds per hour
The offer is incl. new: track, chain with trolleys and shackles, curves, tensioners and drives, for the EV
line and all machines specified in the offer.
The Process is as Follow:
Hanging of the birds from slaughtering to evisceration line: Manual ( Space prepared in the layout, for
the installation of an automatic transfer in the future)
Vent cutting: Automatic with Vacuum
Vertical Opening: Automatic
Evisceration: Automatic, the equipment for this is the model 218, and the complete giblet packs
are taken out from the bird and transferred to a special LINCO std. giblet shackle
Giblet handling: Manual, operators are harvesting the heart and liver form the giblet shackle,
and placing them into a channel. The gizzards with the intestine pack, will be unloaded into an
automatic gizzard processor AGP392.
Cropper: Automatic (existing LINCO Equipment)
Neck breaker: Automatic
Final Inspection: Automatic with Vacuum
Washing of the Bird: Automatic (existing LINCO Equipment)
Unloading: Automatic
Shackle cleaning: Automatic
Vacuum for the Vent cutter and the Final Inspection is each made form at set that incl. 1 vacuum
Pump, 1 reservoir for vacuum, 1 Collection tank, all pipes between these equipments are NOT inc!
and is customer responsibility to supply and install
The Foot Scalding system is for max. cap. of 9.000 B/H (for speed over 9.000 B/H, an additional
system is needed)

Electrical Panel for the EV Line: this panel is quoted to include all motor connections in the equipment
Supply in this quotation from LINCO and also include the necessary connections for
the 2 existing machines (Cropper, In/Out Washer)
The Foot Scalding system is to be connected to the customers existing electrical panel.
The Structure for support of the evisceration line is to be made locally by the client, LINCO will supply
a drawing indicating where necessary support points are to be located.

Terms of payment
50% down payment transferred to our bank account, no later than 15 days after the date of order.
50% payment before shipment transferred to our bank account, no later than 15 days after LINCO
Food Systems A/S notification that the goods are ready for shipment.
All expenses, levies, commissions, etc. in connection with payment incurred in the Purchaser's bank
are paid for by the Purchaser.
All expenses, levies, commissions, etc. in connection with payments to the Supplier incurred in the
Supplier's bank are paid for by the Supplier.
Quotation
The prices are our current prices and we reserve the right to regulate the prices in accordance with
alterations of wages, prices of materials, rates of exchange, and other circumstances beyond our
control
