GOVERNOR'S OFFICE
‘The Honorable Phil Bryant MAR 07 2018
Governor of Mississippi
P.O, Box 139 RECEIVED
Jackson, MS 39205
Dear Governor Bryant, I Mabel O, Allen, on May 30, 2017 reported to Warren County
Youth Court, located in Vicksburg, MS, at approximately 12:25 p.m., before Judge John S. Price
J... | Mabel Allen was in court seeking custody of my four grandchildre i
IS iy daughter Pamela Edmond, the
biological mother of the children became fit to parent,
Unfortunately, Warren County Youth Court Judge John R. Price Jr. only allowed me into
the court room for five minutes to tell me I was not allowed to have visitation rights with my
four grandchildren, the eldest wo had been in my sole custody for two
years, with no support from the birth mother Pamela Edmond at my residence... located at 1008
Jackson, Mississippi 39203.
Further, Judge John R. Price Jr. on May 30, 2017, went on to order I Mabel Allen to
never return to Vicksburg, Mississippi again or face arrest... Judge Price stated he was not going
against Judge William Singletary Court order, at that time Judge Price Jr. ordered the Warren
County Deputy in the courtroom to escort me to my vehicle, I was not given paperwork detailing
the order, just harshly threated and scolded. (On January 25, 2017 Judge William Singletary gave
Pamela Fdmond custody of her children, Pamela was homeless, jobless & on drugs... Judge
William Singletary ordered me to drop an ongoing Office of Civil Rights Case I have against
Mississippi College for Retaliation, or he would give Pamela the children, I refused to have my
integrity compromised, and my grandchildren used as pawns),
Moreover, Governor Bryant, I Mabel Allen request that you review the attached
documentation, my grandchildren and I, have been harmed immensely due to the actions of
Judge Singletary, and Judge Price Jr. ... my four grandchildren were placed in individual foster
cave homes, in diferent courtis in Mics then six year old was
placed in foster care & raped... my home was previously vetted by the Mississippi Hinds County
Department of Human Services CPS Division, by Social Worker EEE in 2015, and the
children had been safe with me for two years prior to Judge Price Jr. placing them into foster
care ... once Warren County CPS found Pamela Edmond to be unfit, the children should have
been returned to my custody.
Hence, Governor Bryant, I Mabel Allen respectfully, ask that you review my attached
documentation, | could not file an appeal to Judge Singletary ruling because the evidence 1
needed to prove it was unjust came forth after the appeal time expired, in the Warren County
Youth Court hearing when witnesses testified in Warren County on the record to Pamela
Edmond being homeless, and Warren County DHS found evidence Pamela was beating the
children, jobless and homeless... a direct contradiction to the report done by Mississippi College, that was used by Judge Singletary on January 25,2017 t0 give Pamela Edmond a residence that
es i he
information for Pamela Edmond to get the children, in retaliation of me filing a previous OCR
‘Complaint against Mississippi College. | Mabel Allen was denied my due process in Judge
Singletary cour'00 E:T yas present in the court room for
me to cross examine, as | was pro se counsel... IEEE the new GAL Judge Singletary
appointed did not do a home visit on Pamela Edmond... Judge Singletary refused to fet me
introduce my evidence... and [EE testitied on stand in a previous hearing that | Mabel
Aller gave her a Jot of documentation (of which she sent me a bill for over $4000.00), but Judge
Singletary did not allow her to present it, because the scope of her duties were just to review the
case file.
Therefore, Governor Bryant, 1 Mabel Allen respectfully, ask you to review this
information, | also, could not file an appeal to Judge Price Jr. ruling, the Mississippi Supreme
Coutt Clerk stated to me Juvenile records are sealed, 1 asked the Warren County Youth Court
Clerk for a copy of the order, and 1 was denied because my name was not on Pamela Case file
Further, I Mabel Allen filed a Judicial Complaint on Judge Singletary & Judge Price and
the Commission refused to let either complaint proceed to the Supreme Court for review... Lam.
awestruck at how deep the injustice in Mississippi goes to cover for Judge William Singletary
unjust ruling... | Mabel Alin made an avid atiempt to get Dean Wendy Scott of Mississippi
College to look at my evidence, and hve ond I correct their
errors in the GAL Report after my documentation was reviewed... Dean Scott refused my
sequest.,. I had no choice but to file an OCR Complaint, my grandchildren were in danger
because Pamela was not yet fit to parent... and the actions taken by the Mississippi Warren
County CPS proved my allegations against Pamela Edmond unfitness to parent.
In Conclusion, Governor Bryant, I Mabel Allen ask you to review this documentation,
and the documentation | sent Dr, David Chandler, Lea Brandon, Selise Wilkerson of MDHS, and
Pamela Edmond Mississippi Child Protective Service files in Rankin, Hinds, & Warren
Mississippi
Upon, reviewing the aforesaid information, I Mabel Allen respectfully ask you to bring
up for impeachment Judges William Singletary, and Judge John R, Price Jr. their actions were
grossly negligent, violated my civil rights, and the civil rights of my grandchildren and I, and the
Judicial Office they swore to uphold, under the following section:
THE
CONSTITUTION
OF THE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
Adopted November 1, 1890ANNOTATED
Updated September 2014
