Key information

 Lulu will brief facilities and IT.

 Khdijah, Hala and Mouza (volunteer students) will be responsible for the registration table.
 Fatima Al Hassani + Dr. Radi and Doug is in charge of the script
 Lulu is in charge of the rehearsal.
 Lulu is responsible for the management-seating chart and HH Dr. Shamma.
 Lulu is in charge of the event itself to ensure everything is running smoothly.
 Volunteers should be at the door of the reception at 9:00 am to escort the guests to
Auditorium.
 Lulu and Noura meet and greet guests.
 Lulu will assist the presenters on stage with the trophies and certificates.
 Lulu, Hind Al Dhaheri and Fatima Mohammed will proof read all certificates and cards.
 Lulu and Hind will take care of the decorations.
 Lulu will ask Hind Al Ahbabi to be the photographer.
 Hind Al Ahbabi is in charge of the Director’s Awards group photos.
 MC’s will read the names of the recipients.
 Fatima Al Hassani OR Aysha will run the PowerPoint presentation and National Anthem
Flash.
 Hind Al Ahbabi will assist with the photographers & Press.
 MC’s will serve as Mistress of Ceremony
 Noura will be in charge of the food.
 Lulu will notify students receiving non-academic awards.
 Shaikha and Mouza will call students receiving academic awards
 Hind is responsible for the invitation, program, presentation and monitor productions.
 Lulu will send award recipients list to the departmental chairs for support to encourage
students to attend.
 Lulu will do the set up plans for Auditorium and registration.
 Lulu and Hind Al Hababi is responsible for the crystals.
 Fatima Mohammed is responsible for printing the certificates.
