RE: Request for Reference Letter

Dear Dr. Estrella:

I am writing to ask whether it would be possible for you to provide a reference for me. As
you know, I worked as a staff nurse from February 19, 2018 up to present, during this times I
maintained a good working relationship to my colleagues, immediate heads and earned a
passing score during my performance evaluations. If you would be able to attest to my
qualifications and to the skills I attained during my tenure here in University of Cebu Medical
Center, I would sincerely appreciate it.

I am in the process of seeking employment overseas and a positive reference from you
would enhance my prospects of achieving my career goals. Rest assured that I will not file an
immediate resignation and will follow our rules and protocol as responsible employee.

Respectfully yours,

Alexie Carmela D. Galvez

She displays qualities of a competent and reliable nurse with tact, compassion, and
proficiency. She is able to work and adjust well in a highly stressed environment that has been
proven in her one year experience. Her work ethic is way beyond of what is expected of her,
she extends her hands to her co-workers for help, always offers herself for overtime if needed
and is always punctual.

qualifications, please do not hesitate to call my number at 0916 435 5751.
