Piecework scheme may cause some trouble to organization and employee but if it used with
guaranteed minima wages, all the problems among employees and organization can be solved.
They can work with no pressure and can give high performance during operation. When
performance of employees increase, output also will maintain increase. Piecework scheme is the
good system to use just when it with guaranteed minima wages.
