RECRUITMENT PROCESS

First process is determine what your exact hiring needs are (job analysis). This process must
ensure what position is need to fulfill by employees.

Second process is initiating a recruiting action(source of recruiting ). This process to ensure


that manager need to start to take an action in recruiting.

Thirdly is issuing a vacancy announcement for the position(job advertisement). The way
manager to announce the vacancies through the currently worker or make the banner and flyers
to ask the outsider about the vacancies.

Forth process is marketing the position to get high quality applicant(application & shortlist
candidates).For example the manager should ensure that the flyers or banner for the vacancies
must appear characteristics and qualification for the right candidates.

Fifth process is interviewing those candidates that you believe can perform the work of the
position . In that interview, the HR manager will ask the personal background , their ability and
experience the worker have. From that process , manager will find perfect person to fulfill the
job vacancies.

Sixth process is the selecting the “best qualified” candidate for each and every position you
advertise based on selection criteria. After interview, HR manager will accumulate the best
person from interview and select the one that most eligible for the job.

Finally is retaining the employees once you have them (notifying the successful candidate to
take up the job; rejecting applicants that they have not been chosen.)
