The complainant has stated that the accused 1 used to disturb the victim through his phone calls even after she
abstained him from calling. Three days before the incident, the accused 1 has also made remarks on the character
of the victim. Today when they came to meet the accused last time, the accused took the knife and slashed the
neck of the victim. After that she had fallen unconscious. Meanwhile the accused 2, who is friend of victim, in
order to defend the victim, hit two stones on accused no. 1. After the victim has fallen unconscious the accused 2
alongwith other public (unidentified co-accused) overpowered the accused no.1 and started kicking him brutally.
When the accused 1 has fallen down the accused no. 2 has rained a fresh blown due to which the accused 1 has
 fallen unconscious. Security staff of the metro station called the police. Both the victim and accused no. 1 was
taken to the hospital and admitted in ICU in critical stage.
