Pursuant to Practice Book §§ 66-1 and 66-2, the Appellee moves this Court
for an extension of time up to and including July 31, 2019, to file its brief in the
above-mentioned case. Appellee’s brief is currently due May 31, 2019. Consent
was granted by fellow Appellees Karen Primavera and Audrey Stella. No successful
contact was made with Appellee Joanne Hayducky or Appellant Marianne Haydusky.
The underlying case comes from an appeal of a probate court decision. Judgment
on that appeal entered on July 6, 2018, and this appeal followed. Pre-argument was
scheduled for October 24, 2018. Appellant's brief was due Dec.10, 2018. On October
31, 2018 Appellant filed a motion for extension of time, requesting an additional one
hundred twenty (120) days. Motion was granted for thirty (30) days more, until January
9, 2019. On December 21, 2018, a second motion for extension of time was filed by
Appellant, and, having been granted, the new, final deadline for brief filing was moved
to March 11, 2019. On March 14, 2019, an amended docketing statement was filed by
Appellant.
as of the filing of this motion, May 3, 2019, the Milford-Orange Probate Court has not
Administrator. Said appointment has been pending from March 26, 2019. As the
rightful Appellee in this matter has not yet been determined by the Probate Court, a
