ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Managing Director, APTIDCO, Vijayawada and
as recommended by MA & UD Department in the reference 4th read above and after
careful examination Government hereby notify the following Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)
furnished in the statement annexed to this order as owner of the Government lands where
government lands have been alienated or advance possession have been given for
construction of EWS houses pending alienation in favour of ULB. In view of this, necessary
changes in the respective Revenue/Municipal Records of ULB may be carried out in the
name of the ULBs.
2. All the District Collectors shall take necessary action accordingly.
