ORDER:

In the G.O 1st read above, administrative approval was accorded for the
work of Construction of low level cause way across Pincha River near
Mudumpadu Kaspa Village in T. Sundupalli Mandal of Kadapa District for
Rs.38.00lakhs (priced with SSR 2006-07) under the head of account MH-4701 –
COL on M & MI -03 Medium Irrigation – MH 149 Pincha Project subject to
condition that the design and drawings should get the approval from C.E., C.D.O.,
Hyderabad before according technical sanction.

2. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation in his letter 2nd read above, has
submitted the Revised Estimate duly incorporating the approved designs and
drawings of the Chief Engineer, Central Designs Organisation, Hyderabad for
the work “Construction of low level cause way across Pincha River near
Mudumpadu Kaspa Village in T. Sundupalli Mandal of Kadapa District and
requested to accord revised administrative approval with an estimated cost of
Rs.107.45 lakhs with current SSR 2008-09.

3. Government, after careful consideration, hereby accord Revised

Administrative approval to the work “Construction of low level cause way across
Pincha River near Mudumpadu Kaspa Village in T. Sundupalli Mandal of Kadapa
District” with an estimated cost of Rs.107.45 lakhs (Rupees one hundred seven
lakhs and forty five thousand only) with current SSR 2008-09.
4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the head of
account of “4702 – Capital Out lay on Minor Irrigation MH 101 Surface Water –
GH 11 – Normal State Plan – SH (12) Construction and Restoration Minor
Irrigation Sources – 530 Major Works – 531 – Other Expenditure.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW-I) Dept. vide
their U.O. No.37308/ 1570/ Exp.PW-I/ 09, dt.5.1.2009.
