and is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to
enhance innovation, build scalability, and
improve profitability, globally.
KGS’ Deal Advisory Group is a team of over
430 professionals based in Gurgaon.
KGS DA has been providing solutions to
KPMG member firms globally. Leveraging
insights and applying best practices, the team
helps create customized approaches to M&A
transactions. The team’s capabilities include
Corporate Finance, Transaction Services,
Strategy, Business Modeling, Accounting

We are recruiting for anAssociate Consultant in the environments and locations
Financial Due Diligence team. Working as  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
anAssociate Consultant in this team, your
responsibilities will include:
 Summarizing and Analyzing financial
information (trial balances, income
statements, balance sheets and cash flows)
 Preparation of data books in accordance with
firm and professional standards and in
accordance with the requirements of the
project
 Reconciling information provided by
management with the Audited financial
information
 Identification of issues and carrying out the
relevant financial analysis
 Highlighting unusual trends observations and
frame questions for management
 Performing review of KPMG reports for
consistency
 Establishing strong professional relationships
with team members

Essential skills required


Education / professional Prior Experience:
qualifications The candidate must have 0 to 1 years of relevant
CA / MBA / CFA / experience in a similar role, particularly in a
M.Com/ professional services firm / third-party
PG in Commerce KPO//internal research/strategy teams within key
technology companies

Project and Team management exposure


 Credible record of operating as an
independent contributor and also working
within integrated, multi-disciplinary project
teams.
 High problem solving skills; ability to drive
through to an outcome in circumstances of
complexity and ambiguity
 Strong drive and resilience to overcome
challenges or setbacks to achieve your
team/project/client goals

Technical skills:
 A strong academic foundation knowledge of
the field of accounting.
 Passionate about Deal advisory with a history
of learning continuously from experience and
to seek out development opportunities.
