Amendment Description In your own words/real life example

- Freedom of Religion, I am able to for church on Sundays and celebrate what i


1 believe in, and i have the freedom to believe in whatever i
Speech, and the Press
want to. I accept other religions and understated how they
are very important in our culture. I am allowed to speak my
mind an say what i want to say. the press is also very
evident n our day in age with many social and political
events.

- The Right to Bear Arms I am able to understand the idea of safety and security and
2 how people are allowed to own a weapon that is used in
defense of life or others.

- The Housing of Soldiers This amendment can relate to how we treat our veterans
3 and how we are loyal to those who protect our country and
fight for our honor.

- Protection from This can relate back to our studies that are factual and what
4 we trust. It can also protect us from certain procedures that

6 be in criminal cases, they have human rights that need to be

- Rights in Civil Cases occurring in Civil Cases there are rights that surround
7 different aspect within the Cases regarding the accused
person and the Judge, police, attorneys, and jury.

- Excessive Bail, Fines, and Excessive bails and fines for punishments are not allowed
8 especially if they are not necessary towards the person who

- Voting Rights for Men and the acceptance of rights both women and men get to have
