About the company:

Spire is a product based company in Talent Acquisition domain to minimize the effort and cost in the area of
recruitment. Its mainly working with AI and Machine Learning with algorithm based product which helps various
organizations in screening and short listing the resumes that are available in client database. Usually it shortlist the
resumes automatically and gives ranking to the shortlisted resumes along with the scores called Richness Index.

As Data analyst, will organize, plan, and direct Concept, Requirements, & Analysis phase deliverables for
medium-to large sized projects. Major responsibilities will include documenting high-level business requirements as a
result of process analysis and business interviewing activities, conducting research and impact analysis, root cause
analysis, and performs AS-Is process mapping related to the assigned project. The role will be involved in driving
solutions to address current gaps.

Responsibilities as Data Analyst:

 Design and develop End to End Tableau Visualization.


 Data Mining using Simple SQL Queries.
 Responsible for End to End project delivery.
