AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

WE, ISAGANI L. CERENADO, ISAAC L. CERENADO, ISRAEL L. CERENADO,

IRENE C. AMBIDA , ISAIAS L. CERENADO, and ISLE JOSE L. CERENADO, all of legal
age, Filipinos and residents of Mondragon, Northern Samar, after having been
sworn in accordance with law under oath, depose and say:

1. That we are the children of Fidel D. Cerenado, and Natividad L. Cerenado, who died
intestate on December 12, 2014, and January 2019 respectively, in Catarman, Northern Samar;

2. That our mother Natividad L. Cerenado is the registered claimant in behalf of our father
Fidel D. Cerenado from Ferdinand E. Marcos Human Rights Litigation , MDL No. 840 THIRD
DISTRIBUTION which claim in the amount of US$1,500 is to be given by and at Social Action
Center of the Diocese of Calbayog Centennial Pastoral Center (CPC), Calbayog City;

3. That WE attest to the fact that we are the legal heirs of the said Fidel D.
Cerenado, and Natividad L. Cerenado especially as regards the above-mentioned
amount of claim;

4. That WE are executing this affidavit of heirship to establish the truth of the
foregoing facts and for all other legal purposes that this affidavit may serve.
