What: School Community stakeholder’s implementation Report on the M & E and Reporting
System for Resource Management.

Agenda: Monitoring and Evaluation on School Amenities.

Gathering M & E data provide ways of identifying minor to major problems which
enable schools to formulate feasible solutions and effective decision-making that is tantamount
to attaining long-term goals. Monitoring and evaluation of school amenities is a way of
assessing the school’s capacity to mold the future leader of this country.
The school amenity assessment started with an orientation for the stakeholders
regarding the activity. It is usually done in the morning wherein the stakeholders are given with
the monitoring and evaluation tool which is in a form of questionnaire. Overall there are 10
aspects to be evaluated from its physical facilities to their respective updates band reports on
each office. The ratings of each school amenities are presented in a tabular form shown below.

It was apparent from the table that the school amenity that has the lowest score was
the school library and school canteen. It was pointed out by one of the stakeholders that the
school canteen needs repair since the building was not conducive for vendors. The school
library on the other hand is lacking some other resources especially books and other
references.

It was apparent from the table that the school amenity that has the lowest score was the
Canteen. One of the stakeholders stressed that school should improve the facilities for school
canteen because it was where food will be displayed and made available for the students and
teachers to buy.

The results above shows that the school canteen has a lower evaluation score. This is
due to the fact that the school canteen was not yet repaired because of more important projects
that has been given priority by the school.
