2016 to till now
 Two Mini blast furnace of 65,55 mt3 working volume each and design by TRF consultants..
 Responsible for planning ,execution and man power management, cost controlled maintenance
practice.
 Carrying out root cause analysis of defects and applying rectification to put the equipment

 Troubleshooting in machinery activity for quality and productivity related issues conducting
failure investigation analysis to identify gaps and take corrective measures so as to reduce

equipment down time & maximize plant availability.

 Ability to take shut down and relining process clearly as a PLC operator.
 Checking raw material and additives quality to set up proper burden.
 Knowledge of Centrifugal blower ,Mudgun Machine, Drill Machine, CA fan stove PCM and maintain
their maximum working condition.
