All the above named are the inheritent successors of late Shri Guraldas
Lalwani and Late Smt. Chandra Lalwani and hereby execute this General Power of
Attorney on this the ----------- day of --------------- 2019 at Indore and by this deed we
constitute, appoint and nominate Sanjay Lalwani S/o Late Shri Guraldas Lalwani
R/o - 204-B, 2nd Floor Lotus Garden Building, 126/2, Manorama Gunj, Indore (M.P.)
as our Attorney to act jointly or severally the acts, deeds or functions mentioned
hereunder:-
Whereas we are co-owners of 3(Three) Godowns constructed on 0-
126 hactor land of Survey No. 184/3 at village Balgarh, Ward no. 42, Tehsil and
District - Dewas (M.P.)
And whereas, through aforesaid Godowns had been leased with the Food
Corporation of India and we intend to renew to lease out in continuation of the said
Godowns but we are unable to make the effort, required for re-leasing out the said
Godowns on account of our personal reasons and we are futher unable to look after
regular upkeep of the said Godowns:
And whereas we have fuill faith and confidence in the said Sanjay
Lalwani S/o Late Shri Guraldas Lalwani R/o - 204-B, 2nd Floor Lotus Garden
Building, 126/2, Manorama Gunj, Indore (M.P.)
Now, therefore this deed witness that by this Deed, we have
nominated to said Sanjay Lalwani S/o Late Shri Guraldas Lalwani R/o - 204-B, 2nd
Floor Lotus Garden Building, 126/2, Manorama Gunj, Indore (M.P.) to act jointly or
severally in our name and on our behalf, to do following acts, deeds and things
namely:

(a) To offer the said Godown on lesae and to consider any counter offer made
in this regaeds:
(b) To negotiate and finalize the lease of the aforesaid Godown with the
prospective lessee:
(c) To get the said Godown inspected by the prospective lessee, if needed:

(d) To enter into an agreement of lease with the prospective lessee and get
the same registered, if required, in accordance with Law and to do all
things necessary for the same:
(e) To collect rent and give a valid discharge thereof:
(f) To do and perform all those acts, deeds and things in respect of the said
Godown which we ourselves are entitile in law to do and perform as joint
owners of the said Godown:
(g) To receive all papers, pertaining to the said Godown, in our name and to
acknowledge the receipt on our behalf:
(h) To do all acts required to be done in respect of the said Godown for
complying with the rules and regulation applicable thereon:

(i) to do all acts necessary for safeguarding our interest in the said Godown
including filing civil and criminal actions against the person acting or
proposing to act against our interest in the said Godown and the land
comprised therin AND for this purpose do all acts deed and things legally
required to be done including signing Vakalatnama, plaint, complaint,
appeal memo, deposing before the court, verifying affidavits and all other
things to comply with the legal procedure.

We hereby undertake to ratify and thing, acts and deeds done by our
said attorney in our name and on our behalf any virtue of these presents:
We hereby categorically and specifically state that the acts, deed and
thins done by our said attorney in our name and on our behalf by virtue of these
presents shall be binding on us:
