When officers arrived, they found the victim, Richard Williams, had been stabbed multiple times and he stated his wife, Kristy Williams was the one who stabbed him. ‘The victim was transported to Bay Medical for his injuries During a digitally recorded and sworn interview, the victim stated he and his wife began arguing and during the argument she approached him while holding a knife. she then stabbed him several tines before he ran outside of their residence and called 911. The victim was stabbed twice in the back, twice in his right arm and once in the left side of his chest. His injuries were non life threatening but did require stitches Due to the aforementioned facts, your affiant has probable cause to believe Kristy Williams did commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (a knife).
