0 INTRODUCTION
Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. has established in Malaysia in 1991 and has grown to date.
Here are the start-ups of our own company's products to meet the needs of consumers.
Subsequently, in 1992, Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. company operated Factory Commence
Malaysia as well as Start Production for Iwatsu America Key Telephone System
In fact, the company's expansion continued with EMS Business Unit in 1996.
With this development, it was able to make Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. able to stand once
with other companies. With the ever-expanding growth of its own company,
recognition has been awarded to the company by The International Standardization
(ISO) and this shows that Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. has successfully manufactured
products and software set by ISO parties to ensure the safety of consumers using their
products.
Among the accolades received by Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. are ISO 9001:2015
(Quality Management), ISO 14001:2016 (Environmental Management), as well as
IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive Quality Management System). This certification has
been certified by an ISO corporation which is supposed to guarantee the safety of
product production conducted by Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd..
In addition to the ISO certification issued by Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd., various
products manufactured by the company. Among them are Key Telephone, Key
Telephone System Unit, Telephone Handset, IP Key Telephone, Power Supply Unit
and Key Telephone Interface Unit. Apart from this product, Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd.

also manufactures side products such as Relay PCB Assy, Automotive Lamp
Controller, Elevator Intercom and Security Controller. (Refer Appendix)
The aim of the Iwatsu(M) Sdn. Bhd. is a key milestone in the success of the
company. Among the goals held by the company is further the satisfaction of our
customer through offering the best solutions. Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. is constantly
striving to create new value and contribute to enriching society. Finally, the
development of Iwatsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. company has been known by many for
productivity. With the recognition given further reinforces the position of the
company and is able to be competitive with other companies.
The learning objectives should reflect what the student will learn experiences while
on the internship placement:
b) Be able to identify clear examples of leadership style the either promote good
working relationship or hinder a productive work environment.
During 16 weeks (4month) that i will attend the industry training at Iwatsu (M) Sdn.
Bhd. from 11TH February 2019 until 10TH June 2019. As general, my job description
are shown in table below:
