JOINT RESOLUTION
Relating to the disapproval of the proposed sale to the
Government of Qatar of certain defense articles and services.

1 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives

2 of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 That the issuance of a letter of offer with respect to any
4 of the following proposed sales to the Government of
5 Qatar (described in the certification Transmittal No. 19–
6 14, sent to the Speaker of the House of Representatives
7 and the chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations
8 of the Senate pursuant to section 36(b)(1) of the Arms
