‘We are approaching the end ofa challenging time at this facility and we appreciate the
commitment and hard work each of you have continued to display during this transition.
In order to recognize your dedication, we are providing a Retention Incentive Program for those
employees who remain actively employed through their designated release date.
The terms of this incentive program are as follows:
Employees who remain actively employed through the release date communicated to them on
April 29, 2019 (release dates are: June 28, July 9, July 12 or September 27, 2019) will be eligible
for the following two payments:
1, Lump Sum Bonus Payment: Based upon an employee's years of service at the time of
exit, employees will be eligible for a lump sum as indicated below:
Employees with 0 to 4 years of service = $500
Employees with 5 to 15 years of service = $750
Employees with 16 or more years of service = $1000
2. Payout of Sick Pay: The Company will payout the accrued and unused sick pay balance
and grant the employee their July 1, 2019 sick leave accrual which will also be paid out as
part of their accrued bank.
Both the lump sum bonus and the sick pay are considered taxable income. The payment will be
processed through our payroll department as part of the final paycheck, with all appropriate
taxes withheld. Failure to complete the entire period noted through the designated release date
forfeits any incentive payment,

Para reconocer su dedicacién, estamos ofreciendo un programa de incentivo de rentencion
para aquellos empleados que permanescan activamente empleados hasta la fecha de liberacion
asignada
Los términos de este programa de incentivo son ios siguientes:
Los empleados que sigan trabajando activamente hasta la fecha de liberacién que se les
comunicd el 29 de abril de 2019 (las fechas de lib2racidn son: 28 de junio, 9 de jutio, 12 de julio
0 27 de septiembre de 2019) seran elegibles para los siguientes dos pagos:
1. Pago de bonificacién: segiin los afios de servicio de un empleado en el momento de
salida, los empleados seran elegibles para una suma como se indica a continuacién:
Empleados con 0 a4 afios de servicio = $500
Empleados con 5 a 15 afios de servicio = $750,
Empleados con 16 0 més afios de servicio = $1000
Pago de horas de enfermedad: La Compaiifa pagard el saldo de pago por las horas de
enfermedad acumuladas que no se utilizaron y le otorgara al empleado la acumulacion
de horas que se otorgarian el 1 de julio de 2019, que también se pagarén como parte de
su banco de horas acumulado.
Tanio el pago de bonificacién como el pago de horas de enfermedad se consideran ingresos
sujetos a impuestos. El pago se procesard a través de nuestro departamento de némina como
parte del cheque de pago final, con todos los impuestos correspondientes retenidos. Si no se
completa el periodo completo anotado hasta la fecha de liberacién designada, se perdera
cualquier pago de incentivo.
Este programa de incentivo de retencién no modifica ningin otro término 0 condicién de
empleo.
